Responsibilities:
• Provide service support for customers in a specified region for emergency calls and preventative maintenance visits
• Provide technical support via phone and email to service customers in the specified region
• Provide training to customers in the specified region
• Maintain service inventory as required
• Ensure all service contract requirements are met promptly, which leads to steady renewal of service contracts
• Trouble-shooting and repairing various audiovisual, conferencing, and projection equipment
• Assist with staging when time permits
• Travel as needed for both foreign and domestic projects
• Maintain up-to-the-minute documentation of on-site activities, system configurations, and lessons learned
• Plan and help write necessary reports (progress, interim, final) if required for specific projects
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Audiovisual experience is highly preferred.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Good attitude with passion for learning and improvement.
• Able to speak and write fluent English.
• A team player and also able to work independently.
• Must be willing to travel extensively domestic and overseas.
