Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of engineers
- Responsible for total Industrial Engineering activities
- Process flow and line layout
- Time study and line balancing
- Process and equipment capacity planning
- Plant Layout
- Improvement on Process / Productivity / Quality / Material yield / 5S
- Participate in Lean / Kaizen activities
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Production / Manufacturing / Operations) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa
Malaysia - At least 5 years hand on Industrial Engineering experience in labor intensive high volume manufacturing environment
- Experience in process / productivity / quality / material yield improvement will be added advantage
- Matured and good working attitude
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
