Responsibilities :
- To perform finance transactions related to business in Malaysia with a timely completion as well as the integrity of financial report and ensuring that the month-end process is followed
- To coordinate with finance team in Thailand as well as external auditor to provide financial data support from Malaysia perspective.
- To assist Finance manager in performing any ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- To be a business partner with Marketing and sales team to provide the analysis and involve in business making decision process from finance perspective as well as perform forecasting and budgeting control.
- To assist/co-ordinate with Marketing and Sales team in Malaysia in monitoring actual spending is well controlled and recorded.
Requirements :
- Graduate in Accounting
- Interpersonal skills & effective communication skills
- An independent worker, hands-on and able to work under pressure
- Team player
- Work experience in GL, Financial Accounting, and Month Closing etc
- IT skills ( Excel, PPT)
- SAP work knowledge (preferred)
