Responsibilities :
Responsible for the overall management of the branch. Main job scope includes :
a) identification of business banking opportunities, driving, building and coordinating of marketing strategies to grow the community business banking portfolio
b) managing of branch’s business banking portfolio growth / sales target/, profitability and market share within the community,
c) branch resources planning (staff capacity), compliance & control, customer service quality and operations.
Requirements :
- Professional or tertiary qualification or related working experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years related working experience in Financial Institutions
- Previous jobs in Business Banking or as Branch Managers would be an advantage.
- Exposure in Branch Customer Service, Mortgage Direct Sales, Wealth Management Relationship would be considered.
- Leadership Skills. Able to work with people.
- Strong organization & planning skills.
- Good interpersonal & communication/negotiation skills.
- Strong initiatives, welcome new challenges, excellent work attitude & ambitious
- Credit knowledge and good credit assessment skills
