- Provides an effective account manager with IT as the platform
- Able to work with new accounts (business development) in rolling out RMS web products
- Able to meet customers face to face for presentation
- Able to customize customers web form requirements and also provide after sales support
- Able to add value to customers in using Company’s list of services
- Able to conduct periodic customer performance reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum diploma in Business Admin/IT
- At least 5 years of working experience in business admin with IT knowledge.
- Sound computer literacy is essential in MS Office application.
- An effective communicator and fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley and possess own tranport.
