VACANCY : GL TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities :
• Possess Team Leadership skills to lead GL Team
• To involve in GL team expansion
• To develop necessary Targets & KPI to measures team performance
• To make sure team adhere to SLA set in delivering service to local companies
• To make sure GL Process Flow are followed and updated on timely basis
• To make sure work instruction are accessible and updated on timely basis
• To guide and assist team members to achieve target
• To answer queries and request from local companies’ clients
• To resolve issue whenever arise
• To allocated adequate task to team members as well as balance work load in team
• To perform counselling to team members when the need arise
• To conduct meetings and phone calls with local company clients on regular basis
• To keep good repo with local companies’ clients
• To plan for team members working schedule to serve local companies as well as covering for Malaysia public holidays and weekends if necessary
• To groom team members to achieve a higher target/ results
• To conduct performance appraisal for team members twice a year
• To plan for job rotation within the GL Team to make sure diversified exposures within the team
• To study and resolve any IT System issue within GL Team
• To handle system access request of GL Team

Requirements :

• Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in GL
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Well understanding in GL processes, month end closing and reporting
• Able to deal with multi-nations clients
• Able to converse and write fluently in English
• Professional Qualified would be an added advantage
• SSC Experience will come handy
