VACANCY : CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone orders, enquiries and complaints
• Ensure accurate data entry for faxed-in and other paper based orders

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies with 1 - 2 years’ relevant customer service or data entry experience
• Good PC skills and meticulous with details
• Pleasant telephone manners with good communication skills in English
• Good attitude, flexible in approach and willing to learn
• Housewives & retired people who have previously worked in customer service, data entry, secretarial and clerical positions are welcome
* Flexible working hours are possible for the right candidates
