Responsibilities :
• Oversees the SAP process from sales order creation to preparation for delivery.
• Support service coordinator in the creation of SAP sales order
• Update and reconcile sales order and ensure accuracy
• Trouble shoot and resolving SAP systems issues
• Updating and maintaining SAP system
• Working with Plant Maintenance matters to ensure work order system is in followed
• Supports monitoring of equipment to and from customers and internal company locations
• Provides monthly reports and assists with the inventory checks
• Actively involve in the company’s business processes and quality system
• Ensure compliancy with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental processes
Requirements :
• 3 to 4 years’ related working experience.
• Candidates with secretarial, administration/operations would be ideal.
• Knowledge in SAP is essential.
• Has good understanding of accounts and business economics, well organised and good communication skills.
