Responsibilites:
• Responsible for setting-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs of production electrical & electronic equipment / machines which inclusive but not limited to PCB board, memory card, module card, sensor, data bus, motor, contacts, inverter, timer, counter and etc.
• Ensure the manufacturing equipments operate at peak performance and to minimize any potential major breakdown of manufacturing equipment by performing regular and periodic preventive maintenance.
• Perform necessary modification and improvement project on the machine to increase the efficiency of the machine.
• Troubleshoot and overcome the machine or equipment breakdown problem.
• Support safety & health activities and campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey by company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
• Responsible to ensure all tools and equipments are in good condition and ready for next use.
• Perform maintenance jobs or any ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.
Requirements :
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant fields.
• Preferably senior executives specializing in electronic troubleshooting. Good electronic knowledge and well verse with electronic diagram. Experience in Protos/GD/Focke machines and simatic S5/7 programming language will be an added advantages.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
