Responsibilities:
• Handles receivables and accounting functions
• Handles Control Accounts - Sundry Creditor, CBD Control and Margin Deposits.
• Weekly monitoring of payment and disbursement
• Weekly payment inputs to the system
• Monthly preparation of interest payable calculation to be posted to GL.
• OD Interest - Posting to GL on reclassification of interest income from current account (Retail) to OD for OD created and utilized on the same day.
• Loan/OD Interest, LC and Fee – submit all manual records (with details e.g. Account Name/ No. etc) which are posted.
• Fee Based Income – submit all fee based income details posted.
• Loans And OD Balances Tracking
• Write Off Accounts - monthly tracking.
• Post Maintenance Checking functions
Requirements:
• Possess degree in business, finance or economics with minimum 2 years’ background in corporate/ commercial banking
• Knowledge in bank loans products and accounting entries
• Knowledge in bank loan products and systems
