Responsibilities:
• Extract, analyse and prepare reports from Customer Credit Reports (external sources) to enable Marketing Officers/Relationship Managers to act accordingly
• Administer the system to prepare data feed and ensure the data downloading process and system batch processing is performed within timeline set
• Carry out process mapping and process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency of the unit/department
• Manage projects which the unit will embark on, including in-house projects and/or working with vendors to design/develop systems (operational/analytical)
Requirements:
• Degree in Banking and Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Information Management/Actuarial Studies or its equivalent from recognised college or university
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in banking/financial services or auditing environment
• Possess strong IT competency (Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and macro building skills). Knowledge of SQL and/or project management is a plus
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to work closely with all stakeholders in managing/completing multiple projects within given timeline
• Resourceful and able to work independently
