VACANCY : ASSISTANT MANAGER - REINSURANCE

Responsibilities: 
  • Constant review of financial rating of reinsurance security
  • Efficient capturing of facultative inwards business
  • Extraction of information for statistics and analysis
  • Maintenance of treaty codes and limits for accounting and act as underwriting control
  • Annual treaty review and finalization of treaty program of the company
  • Work towards minimizing reinsurance security risk exposure and hence, reducing treaty accounting administration 
Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess tertiary qualification in any discipline /Diploma or Professional qualification in insurance related studies
  • Should have at least 3-5 years relevant working experience in general insurance environment
  • Good command of English (spoken & written) is essential.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and have good interpersonal/communication skills, coupled with good reporting skills
