VACANCY : ASSISTANT MANAGER - RECRUITMENT

Requirements :

• Bachelor in Business/HR or relevant studies
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the MNC Corporations or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in a recruitment role in a progressive resourcing environment. Fully conversant with next generation recruitment methodologies such as online sourcing, candidate tracking and talent pooling.
• Ability to leverage technologies to locate, engage and attract prospective candidates
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience. Effective relationship builder who works comfortably in a matrix environment with remote supervision.
• Resilient, can-do approach offering solutions combined with an ability to drive activities forward
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment within tight deadline
• Strategic, results and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities and 'can-do' attitude
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Must build and maintain excellent rapport with clients and candidates
• Must be able to speak Korean
