Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the workload in the credit department with the appropriate levels of resource
• Resolve problem collections that have been escalated by Credit Controllers
• Approve credit notes when appropriate and within a timely manner
• Perform customer account reconciliation when required
• Ensure credit control related data is maintained efficiently and accurately
• Evaluate customers credit worthiness to support the sales process
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or any relevant study. 
• Credit professional certification (ICM or other recognised organisation) 
• 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in Credit Control environment. 
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Knowledge of the Transport industry 
• Comprehensive understanding of cross functional responsibilities
