Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving sales and customers target through tele-marketing
• To make outbound calls to customers
• To handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leaders
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM/STPM
• 1 or 2 years of comprehensive experience in tele marketing, customer service, banking, insurance or call center are highly desirable.
• Excellent communications skills in English both verbal and written with good telephone manners.
• Persuasive, influential and persistent
• Self driven, result oriented individual with desire to make money
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
