Order Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Process customer order and invoicing
• Software license management
• Handle key activation, account and portal creation
• Update customers' database
• Handle basic level customer enquiries and communicate the issues to sales & technical team

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree holders in Business Administration or any discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (1 Vacancy) and English (1 Vacancy)
• Proficiency on MS Office application
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
