Responsibilites :
• Works closely with Government & internal strategic and planning department to define proactive and reactive programme and deliver strategies that influence government policy to business advantage, using all appropriate networks.
• To plan, develop and implement strategic Corporate Social Responsibility programs to support company’s commercial objectives and social agenda including identifying scale of communication program, its approach, suitable media and mediums.
• To supervise the implementation of CSR & Regulatory Affairs (Government Relations management), Investors Relations and Customer Associations programs and activities.
• Manage all corporate affairs including the liaising communication and reporting of such matters.
• Able to draft, improve and implement Company's corporate governance/policies/ISO.
• Conduct customer's satisfaction survey and recommend improvement strategies.
• Understand and monitor Compliance and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and in particular to retain Company's status.
• Organize and carry out Company's annual business review and kick off meetings.
• Up-to-date comprehension of Malaysian economic development.
• Vetting of legal contracts/agreements and liaison with legal firm.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding of Contract Act and experience in handling contracts and relevant contractual matters.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and result oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Skills.
