Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities :

• To be the first line contact for customers by handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Respond to customer’s request efficiently
• Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints
• Follow with call status and parts requisition
• General administrative task

Requirements :

• Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent with 1 year working experience.
• Familiar with Call Centre System/Helpdesk is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer orientated and pleasant personality
• Able to follow Shift work manner

Working Hours:
• Morning Shift 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Afternoon Shift 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Working day:
• Monday – Sunday (Rotation for Saturday & Sunday)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
