Responsibilities:
• Coaching dealers on After Sales Activities and SOPs.
• Drive dealers to focus on customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the process work flows thoroughly to achieve best results.
• Root cause analysis for issues in After Sales Department
• Initiate action plans after analysis stage
• Propose to dealerships on operational matters such as facilities, investment, process and safety
• Initiate and follow thru on Management Action Meeting.
• Ensuring the dealers is compliance to standards for After Sales services and SOPs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or related disciplines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Visionary, proactive and dynamic
• Self-driven with a customer oriented mindset
• Must have automotive technical trouble-shooting and analysis experience along with customer relations experience, strong communication, analytical and organization skills
• Ability to perform all duties independently and managerial skills are required
• Proficient in communication with a pleasant personality
