Responsibilities:
Assisting the KM Advocate to promote and monitor the activites in connect with the company.
Execute the Knowledge Mapping exercise as defined by the organization
Responsible in educating/training/updating HRS team members on the collaboration tools and the usage related to the Knowledge Management
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and document owners in managing the HRS KM content management by liasing with the respective operations team to capture and documenting the relevant and required functional knowledge
Administrator of HRS Content Management and HRS Knowledge Management Communities in connect to the company
Publish HRS documents on timely basis and ensure availability on the content management for use.
Responsible in reporting the Knowledge Management metrics
Operations Excellence and cost Efficiency:
Continuously seek and propose ideas to improve the KM structure/framework/system/process to ensure that both the tacit and explicit knowledge are being captured and improve the documents retrieval time for the HRS team.
Support other teams within HRS to implement improvement, work reduction and task simplification initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with the Manager to executing and support in all continuous improvement program initiatives.
Standardization and Convergence:
Develop,design and organize the HRS content management as well as standardizing the templates to be inline with the organization Knowledge Management Initiatives
Responsible in managing the HRS content management by periodically reviewing for relevance and proof-reading the documents before publications
Service Management:
Execute work and liase with the KM Community from other functions to share the best practices in supporting the various Knowledge Management initiatives and strategies
Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Ensure Knowledge Management documents are always up to date and meet with SOP,FRC and ISO9000 requirements.
Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer, sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and best practice in building the existence of Knowledge Management in the organization.
Participate in all compliance audits and respond to audit queries related to Knowledge Management.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource/Information Technology
• At least 2 years experience as a process specialist in any Shared Service/Business Process Outsourcing Organization
• Experienced in development, project management and implementation of Knowledge Management programmes will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively independently and in teams, where needed
• High level of initiative; assertive and proactive work style
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Web Applications)
• Possess strong project/program management, delivery and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
