Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• To prepare the monthly management accounts of the Companies
• To monitor the cash position of the Companies, both daily & monthly
• To prepare payment advice and cheques for payment
• To monitor the payables to suppliers
• To check & monitor the payment collection from the customers
• To prepare cash book & debtors aging list for the companies
• To monitor & implement the asset management of the Companies
• To handle other administrative issues that may arise
• To liaise with the external auditors for year end audit
• To prepare tax computation and tax estimate for the Companies
• To liaise with bankers on the financing arrangements for the Companies
• To observe and assist the implementation of internal control procedure of the Companies
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

• LCCI or higher qualification
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field
• Must be computer literate
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
• A team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
