Project Secretary / Departmental Secretary

Responsibilities :

Project Coordination
•Coordinator for project progress and activities; meetings, conferences, logistics and team-buildings. Make sure the project is running smoothly and able to meet the dateline

Secretarial & Administration
•Administrative tasks – Support a department for IT and Business development staffs
•Secretarial duties – Handle confidential matters & documents, calendars & correspondences
•Coordination and arrangement – Meetings, business appointments & maintain filing system
•Report and presentation skills – Minutes taking, Excel sheets, & Powerpoint slides
•Analysis & research skills – Business reports, project data & updates, conduct research
•Logistic arrangement and booking – Flights, hotels; domestic and international
•Tenders and proposals – Commercial section of Request For Proposals & Quotations
Work Location : Bukit Jalil
Salary: RM3500-RM4000
