Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for overall purchasing of the Group's business function; 
• Responsible for contract administration, including management of changes & variations, contract preparations; 
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the concepts of a complete supply chain operation and excellence in supply chain forecasting; 
• Identify, develop and upgrade supply chain planning systems and tools to drive the supply chain decision-making process; 
• Analyze the supply chain implications arising from shipping options, new product introductions, production plan changes, capacity availability or reliable stream of raw materials and make recommendations; 
• Develop business continuity and contingency plans related to the supply chain that enable the company to continue to operate in the event of failure of supplier or service provider; 
• Implementing innovative supply chain operations and identify opportunities to reduce the total operational cost of the supply chain while maintaining customer service levels; 
• Establish and maintain key performance metrics to track performance of the supply chain; 
• Engage in supplier sourcing and pre-qualification; 
• Develop supplier base and negotiate for best prices and terms; 
• Work closely with end-user for purchase of products / services; 
• Conduct evaluation exercise for existing suppliers in terms of quality, timelines and after-sales service support; 
• Manage supplier performance to meet operational needs and requirements. 
Requirements: 
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Logistic/Transportation, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Others or equivalent. 
• Must have at least 3 years experience in procurement functions, preferably in the Food & Beverage and/or hospitality industries 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara,Petaling Jaya. 
• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent 
• Must have good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin 
• Must have sound procurement knowledge and supplier contacts 
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel 
• Detail-oriented, mature, with excellent analytical & quantitative skills 
• Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills 
• Hard working with high tenacity, trust-worthy 
• Able to troubleshoot and think out-of-the-box for resolutions
