Solutions Fulfillment Representative

Responsibilities:

• In charge of order fulfillment role and taking care of the complete order entry process with various manufacturing plants.
• To create sales orders & releasing orders to wholly owned and manufacturing partners by using SAP system.
• To communicate and clarify with dealer or sales officer or customer to edit or change orders as and when required by referring & checking with manufacturing prior to any changes.
• Follow up with manufacturing on the committed delivery dates.
• Acknowledgement of dealer/sales officer/customer orders including updating schedule line date and customer order acknowledgement status.
• Planning of delivery and shipping schedule through liaison with warehouse/distribution entities.
• Coordinate and liaise with forwarding/shipping agents for checking of available vessel/air freight schedules, as well as container and shipment bookings.
• Preparation and liaison with manufacturing & forwarders on shipping documents such as packing lists & invoices for products from all manufacturing locations, including preparation of other relevant shipping documents such as B/L, CO & CEPT (form D).
• To solve various issues related to order fulfillment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders, liaise with special engineering team for special product style numbers for order entry after receiving requests from dealer/sales officer/customer.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good planning and organizing skill to coordinate and give orderly structure to tasks and projects.
• Good communication skills to convey information in both verbal & written formats as appropriate for the needs of the job and tasks.
• Ability to develop rapport with others and form working relationships, capable of effective listening, understanding and respect of cultural differences and have a global focus on interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills with knowledge on application software such as Microsoft office applications(Word, Excel and Power Point); managing emails using Microsoft outlook software.
• Must have working experience in using SAP system.
• Experience working with forwarding & shipping company would be an added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• 5 Full-Time positions are available.
• Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
