Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall execution of marketing support that delivers value across 4 “customer” segments as well as drive business growth and profitability:
o publisher partners such as Microsoft, McAfee, Symantec, and Adobe
o internal sales and alliance team members
o VAR partners leveraging co-marketing initiatives
o direct business customers
• Collaborate with Swiss marketing director regarding global marketing strategy and initiatives
• Manage 3rd party marketing agency with branding and sales collateral support initiatives
• Work with graphics software packages to design, develop, produce and update collateral to support sales and corporate initiatives
• Manage marketing initiative planning to ensure proper market segmentation and content development to execution and detailed, consistent ROI reporting
• Ensure all activities are well-planned, multi-pronged marketing initiatives employing the use of a variety of delivery mechanisms to include, but are not limited to: direct mail, email blasts, call down structures, web casts, in-person events, appointment setting structures, and other lead generation activities
• Provide support to marketing team members which includes but is not limited to advocating for team members, direction/suggestion, and hands-on assistance to ensure team success
• Oversee creation and execution of communications initiatives such as internal WINWires, story pitches to traditional print and industry publications, and creation of press releases and other creative pieces that promote the company or support company members as they pitch the company externally
• Manage internal marketing budget and MDF process and allocation, keeping organized tracking of all expenditures and income to ensure balanced spending and maximization of funds versus activity level
• Employ superior organizational skills to prioritize projects, balance workload, and deliver results
• Travel when needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of total marketing experience
• Preferably experienced in a high-tech company, preferably software
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Copywriting experience is preferred; Superior negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in this fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), MS FrontPage, Adobe family (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
