Customer Service Executive

Requirements :
- A degree holder. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Job Description :
- Attending to customers' telephone enquiries over a full range of consumer financial products and services.
- Handle calls professionally and uncover customer's need for cross sell opportunities.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department.
- Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader from time to time.
- Must be able to work 24 hours rotation shift (7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am)
Remuneration benefits :
- Basic salary RM2600.00 + RM300.00 to RM500.00 shift allowance per month
- Others - bank's benefit (staff loan etc) after confirmation (6 months probation)
Location :
Menara TM Jalan Pantai (accessible via Putra LRT, short walking distance from Kerinchi LRT station)
